Zhong Lun Advises Qingyan Environment on its ChiNext Listing
On April 22, 2022, Qingyan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (“Qingyan Environment", stock code: 301288) successfully got listed on the ChiNext of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, issuing 27.01 million shares and raising a total of RMB 515 million.
Zhong Lun, as the issuer's counsel, provided legal services for the whole process of the listing, from share restructuring, private placement financing and listing counseling to filing and feedback. The mandate was led by partner Lei Deng. Also on the team were signing attorney Lianguo Li and associates Weiwei Kong and Yingtian Liu, among others.
