Zhong Lun Advises on MINISO’s Dual Primary Listing in Hong Kong

On July 13, 2022, MINISO Group Holding Limited (9896.HK, NYSE: MNSO) announced its successful offering and dual primary listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The gross proceeds from this offering exceeded HK$567 million prior to the exercise of over-allotment option. BofA Securities, Haitong International and UBS acted as the joint sponsors for this offering.

MINISO is a global retailer offering a variety of design-led lifestyle products and has been listed on the NYSE since October 2020. It was the largest global branded variety retailer of lifestyle products based on the aggregate GMV of products sold through its MINISO network in 2021 and had the most extensive global store network in the global branded variety retail industry in terms of the number of countries and regions entered as of December 31, 2021.
