On September 14, 2022, Voneseals Technology (Shanghai) Inc. (“VoneSeals", 301161.SH) successfully launched its initial public offering and listing on the SZSE ChiNext Market. As the legal counsel for VoneSeals, Zhong Lun Law Firm provided full-spectrum legal services concerning the client’s equity financing, corporate restructuring, listing counseling, listing application and feedback, etc.
The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by partner Xiaoyan Zhang and senior associate Xishu Zhou; partner Michael Gu provided substantial support throughout the process of the listing. The team members also included Rongyun Liu and Lin Cui. In addition, partners, associates and paralegals from other Zhong Lun offices also timely assisted with the project.
VoneSeals is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research, production and sales of hydropneumatic sealing products. Its main products are hydraulic seals, hydraulic sealing packages and other hydraulic sealing products, as well as sealing products including pneumatic seals, oil seals, track seals. VoneSeals’ products are mainly applied in hydraulic cylinder sealing systems of construction machinery, such as excavators, cranes, loaders and breakers, as well as hydraulic support sealing systems of coal machines.
VoneSeals has established continuous cooperation with leading Chinese businesses in construction machinery, coal and coal machinery industries, such as Sany Group, Zoomlion, Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group (“XCMG"), Hengli Hydraulics, Lonking Machinery, Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group (“ZMJ") and Shendong Coal Group and won various honors, including ZMJ’s “Strategic Partner", Sany Group’s “Excellent Supplier" and “Supplier Alliance Member" and XCMG Hydraulic Components Co., Ltd. “Strategic Partner", just to name a few, for consecutive years. In addition, VoneSeals has established preliminary cooperative relationships with internationally renowned companies, such as Festo, in the industrial automation sector. By virtue of its domestically sourced products, VoneSeals competes with top international players in the hydraulic and pneumatic sealing industry in the downstream application markets to help enhance the competitiveness of domestic production.
