On December 2, 2022, Xiamen ITG Holding Group Co., Ltd. successfully completed its issue of guaranteed bonds in an aggregate amount of US$200 million under Regulation S on Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. (MOX). In this offering, Luso International Banking Limited, Essence International Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and several other investment banks acted as the joint lead managers.
