Zhong Lun Advises Comba Telecom on its Secondary Listing on the Mainboard of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited

On January 4, 2023, COMBA TELECOM SYSTEMS HOLDINGS LIMITED (stock code: STC) announced its successful offering and secondary listing on the Mainboard of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited by way of introduction. UOB KAY HIAN PRIVATE LIMITED acted as the issue manager for this secondary listing.

Established in 1997 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2003, Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited (2342.HK) is a global leading solution and service provider of wireless and information communications systems. Powered by its innovative technology, COMBA TELECOM offers a comprehensive suite of products and services, including antenna and subsystems, network systems, services, enterprise networks, etc., to its global customers.

Zhong Lun acted as the PRC legal advisor of the issue manager in this secondary listing. The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by partner Liqiong Wang, and team members also included non-equity partner Simon Xu, Yulin Ma, Harry Zhao, Evelyn Ni, etc.
