Recently, Zhong Lun assisted Switching Time in its successful strategic restructuring with Datawords Group, upon completion of which, Datawords Group will gain control over Switching-Time.

Zhong Lun acted as counsel for Switching-Time with respect to legal issues in the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, providing end-to-end comprehensive legal services for this project, including advising on the deal structure, revising and negotiating the transaction documents, as well as project closing.
