Zhong Lun Advises on Lufax's Dual Primary Listing in Hong Kong

On April 14, 2023, Lufax Holding Ltd (NYSE: LU, 6623.HK) completed its dual primary listing by way of introduction on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and UBS acted as the joint sponsors for this listing.

Lufax is a leading financial services enabler for small business owners in China. Its mission is to foster small business competitiveness and sustainability by providing individual entrepreneurs with access to financial products and services and empowering institutional partners to reach and serve small business owners efficiently.

Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC legal advisor to the joint sponsors in this listing. The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by Anthony Zhao and William Jia, and included Roy Zheng, Cynthia Yuan, Myron Hu, Violet Zhang, Julia Cao, Oren Dong, etc. Zhong Lun had also acted as the PRC legal advisor to the joint bookrunners for Lufax’s IPO on the NYSE in October 2020.
