Zhong Lun Advises Zhongji InnoLight on HKEX Main Board Listing
On July 30, 2026, Zhongji InnoLight Co., Ltd. (300308.SZ, 03308.HK), a leading global provider of optical interconnect solutions, announced the closing of its initial public offering of H-shares and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The offering raised gross proceeds of approximately HKD 53.41 billion prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option, making it Hong Kong’s largest share sale in nearly seven years. Goldman Sachs, CICC, Morgan Stanley, and GF Securities acted as the joint sponsors for this offering.
According to CIC, Zhongji InnoLight has been the world’s largest provider of optical interconnect solutions by revenue for five consecutive years since 2021. Its optical interconnect solutions transmit data through optical fibers and enable high-speed, energy-efficient, and low-latency connectivity among servers, switches, and other network equipment across increasingly complex and data-intensive cloud and AI infrastructure. Its principal products are optical transceivers, which convert electrical and optical signals into one another to transmit mass volumes of data.
