Abby WU

Abby WU graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and National University of Singapore, receiving a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in law respectively. Before joining Zhong Lun Law Firm, Abby worked in the banking area at Llinks Law Offices for over three years. Prior to that, Abby worked in the risk management and non-performing asset management at Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch for about 3 years. Abby's main business areas include banking and financing, non-performing asset management, etc.

Abby WU has worked on many cross-border financing, trade financing and cash pool projects, and has provided legal services to a number of Chinese and foreign banks. Clients include China Development Bank, Export-Import Bank of China, Bank of China, BOC Hong Kong, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, ICBC (Asia), China CITIC Bank, CNCBI, Deutsche Bank, Natixis, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, United Overseas Bank, DBS Bank, Chong Hing Bank, a commodity trading giant, etc.
