Alan ZHANG

Alan Zhang is a partner in the debt capital markets team of our firm. He advises on various debt capital market products, including investment grade bonds, ESG bonds, dim sum bonds, regulatory capital securities, free trade zone bonds, Yulan bonds, panda bonds, perpetual securities, MTN programme establishment and update, etc. Mr. Zhang has experience advising issuers and underwriters in various offshore bond issuance transactions. His key clients include international and domestic financial institutions and central and local state-owned enterprises.
