Prior to joining Zhong Lun Law Firm, Bin Li was a consultant on PRC law for a leading Japanese multinational company, where he advised on and negotiated many important investment projects in China.
Mr. Li has years of practical experience in cross-border investment/M&A, antitrust and competition, compliance and investigation, employment law, and general corporate law.
