Ms. Cao has more than 10 years’ professional experiences as a legal consultant and lawyer. Her expertise mainly covers real estate merger and acquisition, real estate financing, real estate development and operation, foreign direct investment, private equity and investment funds. Ms. Cao has successfully provided legal services to many real estate developers and investment banks and funds. Ms. Cao have served many clients in the abovementioned sector, including without limitation, CapitaLand, Keppel Land, CITIC Group, DNE, Morgan Stanley, Carlyle Group and Kailong Group and has abundant practical experience in the field of real estate legal services.

  • Represented CapitaLand Retail on its sales of 20 shopping malls located in different cities within PRC to SCPG and Vanke

  • Represented CapitaLand China Trust in acquisitions of a number of high-end warehouse and logistic projects

  • Represented Morgan Stanley in acquisitions of properties in China’s mainland

  • Represented CBRE Global Investor on its cooperation with First Priority Group warehousing projects located in core area in China’s mainland

  • Represented Link REIT on its acquisition of warehousing and logistics portfolio from Dongbai Group

  • Represented Ping’an Real Estate on strategic investments and acquisition of warehousing & logistics projects in Kunshan, Changsha, etc.

  • Represented Kailong Group on various acquisitions of office, commercial projects

  • Represented CITIC Pacific on its acquisition of Wuhan Shuion Tiandi office buildings

  • Represented Keppel Land China on its sale of Wuxi residential project
