Ms. Cao has more than 10 years' professional experience working as in-house legal consultant and lawyer. Her expertise mainly covers real estate merger and acquisition, real estate financing, real estate development and operation, foreign direct investment, private equity, and investment funds. Ms. Cao has provided legal services to many real estate developers and investment banks and funds, contributing to client's success. In these sectors she practices, her vast client base includes without limitation, CapitaLand, Keppel Land, CITIC Group, DNE, Morgan Stanley, Carlyle Group, and Kailong Group.
