• Acted in a dispute between a property investment company in Zhuhai and Gansu Yasheng Group over transfer of equity in Southwest Securities, securing a favorable result for the client in the second instance before Chongqing High People’s Court

• Represented Chongqing Construction Engineering Housing Construction Co., Ltd. in litigation and enforcement in connection with the overall disposal of Hongtai Building, Jiangtian Building, Huandao Mingdu Building, Yide Building, Jiliang Building, and other buildings that were categorized as “Projects Experiencing Delays in Four Aspects” (which are delays in planning, demolition, construction, and delivery)

• Acted for Chongqing Branch of China Construction Bank in litigation brought against dozens of enterprises, a case involving more than CNY 1 billion, assisted in transferring the aforementioned assets worth more than CNY 1 billion to asset management companies, and recovered debts on behalf of such asset management companies
