Mr. Harvey(Fangqiang) CHEN possesses over ten years of legal practice experience in specialized areas such as corporate investment and M&A, regulatory compliance, internal and external investigations, as well as data and artificial intelligence compliance. His practice primarily covers industry sectors including pharmaceuticals and life sciences, medical devices, healthcare, animal health, food and FMCG, telecommunications and information services, artificial intelligence technology and applications, chemicals, equipment manufacturing, and logistics.

In the fields of life sciences and healthcare, Mr. Chen has assisted numerous domestic and foreign multinational corporations as well as innovative enterprises involved in the R&D, production, distribution, and related supply chains of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He provides legal and compliance services covering the full lifecycle of human drugs, medical devices, and veterinary drugs. In the fields of internet telecommunications services and AI technology, Mr. Chen represents multiple leading internet enterprises, providing general and specialized legal and compliance services regarding internet healthcare, AI applications in the healthcare sector, healthcare data compliance, advertising and commercial promotion compliance, anti-unfair competition, and pharmaceutical e-commerce compliance.

Mr. Chen also previously served on a long-term secondment as legal counsel at a Global Fortune 500 French pharmaceutical company, where he was primarily responsible for legal affairs related to the MNC's Commercial and Emerging Business Units in China.
