Mr. Huade Cheng is an equity partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm.
Throughout his more than 15 years of legal career, Mr. Cheng has accumulated over 10 years’ experience in capital markets. His practice covers capital markets in Chinese mainland, capital market in Hong Kong SAR, and foreign jurisdictions, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies as well as material asset reorganizations of listed companies, etc. Mr. Cheng advises clients from a broad range of industries, including life sciences and healthcare, information technology, internet industry, and financial services.
Mr. Cheng is particularly adept at structuring complex transactions and handling difficult problems. He is familiar with the rules and operations of capital markets.
