Yechao CHEN
Ms. Chen focuses her practice on private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, capital market and investment fund formation, and has extensive legal service experience in the sectors of TMT，technology and advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical and health care, consumer, and fin-tech. She counsels clients in a broad range of transactions, from company formation, equity financing, JV and acquisition, ESOP, reorganization, to corporate governance, general corporate affairs and compliance advice. She has also provided efficient and in-depth legal support to a number of well-known private equity and strategic investors on their domestic and overseas transactions. Prior to joining Zhonglun, Ms. Chen worked as a senior legal counsel of a leading Chinese TMT company and was involved in a number of domestic and international transactions of the company. Ms. Chen also served as the general counsel of a well-known U.S.-listed financial technology company, where she gained rich experience and expertise in legal compliance and corporate governance matters of a company.
