Mr. Chen, a Master of Law graduate from Renmin University of China, specializes in legal issues relating to capital markets, mainly initial public offerings (IPOs) in both the Chinese mainland and overseas markets, bond issuance, M&A of listed companies, reverse merger, and corporate restructuring.
