Dick P. Sindicich
Dick P. Sindicich is the partner of Zhong Lun Los Angeles Office. His practice focuses on State and Federal Litigation as well as administrative law. His litigation practice includes the investigation, prosecution, and defense of Complex Civil Litigation, with an emphasis on matters pending before California Appellate Courts.
Representative Matters
Mr. Sindicich has over fifteen years of experience litigating Employment Law and “high asset"/"high conflict" Family Law matters and cases involving both medical/legal and/or insurance coverage issues. While so engaged, he represented clients throughout the United Stated and was invited to appear on the television show AM Las Vegas, as well as to speak at medical conferences in Los Angeles, Lake Tahoe, and San Diego to address these very issues to audiences consisting of healthcare professionals and patient advocates.
Prior to his current practice, Mr. Sindicich served as a Deputy City Attorney, an Assistant Special Council to a Redevelopment Agency, and was both litigation manager and lead counsel for a firm which represented over twenty Cities and Local Governmental Agencies throughout the State of California.
