Mr.Ding focuses on domestic debt and equity capital market, M&A and corporate governance. He has the capactiy to provide the "full-process" legal service ranging from private equity investment, equity financing for start-ups, IPOs, seasoned equity offerings, corporate governance consulting, mergers and acquisitions of and for domestic and overseas listed companies, and debt issuance. Mr.Ding is bilingual in Chinese and English.
