Yilong DU

Yilong focuses his practice on advising public and private companies, private equity firms, investment banks and other financial institutions in connection with a variety of cross-border transactions, including capital markets, restructuring, corporate governance, regulatory and general corporate matters.

Yilong has more than twenty years of professional experiences. Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Yilong was General Counsel for a leading global private equity firm for China and Southeast Asia. He previously was a senior inhouse attorney based in Hong Kong and Beijing with a leading global investment bank. He also practiced with a number of leading global law firms in New York and Hong Kong, and his most recent law firm role was the managing partner of a leading global firm's Beijing office.
