• Represented Guangzhou Quantum Light Lixing Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Quantum Light Data Service Co., Ltd. and others in an equity transfer contract dispute (subject matter over 100 million yuan, successful in both the first and second trials);

• Represented Jingyou Investment Co., Ltd. and Haizhu Group Co., Ltd. v. Hong Kong Joon International Investment Co., Ltd. and others in an equity transfer contract dispute (subject matter over 1.3 billion yuan);

• Acting for Shenzhen Airport Oil Co., Ltd. in a dispute over sale and purchase contract with Guangzhou Development Bipai Oil Products Co;

• Acting for Roca (China) Limited in a civil litigation against Ningbo Jiangdong Roca Building Materials Co. in a franchise contract dispute;

• Represented Foshan Yuanhai Development Co., Ltd. against Foshan Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Urban and Rural Planning in a dispute over the contract for the grant of construction land use right (won in both the first and second instance)

• Represented Foshan Yuanhai Development Co., Ltd. in an administrative penalty case against Foshan Chancheng District Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau for overcrowding of building area (won in both the first and second instance)

• Represented Beyond Thermal Transfer Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. in a case of environmental protection administrative penalty against Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment and Dongguan Municipal People's Government (won in the second trial).

• Represented Guangzhou Lizhi Network Technology Co., Ltd. in an administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation (confirming that the administrative act was unlawful) against Guangzhou Municipal Culture Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade in a dispute over administrative penalties.

• Represented Tang Weiguang in an administrative reconsideration of a dispute over administrative penalties with the Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau (the administrative department took the initiative to revoke the administrative act)

• Represented Guangzhou Jiayue Real Estate Co., Ltd. in the administrative reconsideration of the notification of termination of transfer contract with Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources (the application for reconsideration was supported by the municipal government and the administrative act was revoked)
