Lawyer Eric Guo has worked in a well-known Hong Kong law firm (Nanjing Office) for a long time, he has profound experience in representing domestic and foreign clients in the area of M&A, and has assisted several mainland enterprises to be listed on the Main Board or growth Enterprise Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (SEHK).
Lawyer Eric Guo’s main practice includes：
(1) conducting due diligence on behalf of different kinds of investment institutions and enterprises, drafting transaction documents and assisting in closing of transaction;
(2) providing legal services on equity financing, restructuring, equity incentive for proposed listed companies;
(3) assisting clients in financing through issuing corporate bonds, Asset-Backed Security (ABS), Asset-Backed Medium-term Notes (ABN), Medium-term Notes; and
