Zhong Lun recently assisted Roquette in completing its acquisition of IFF Pharma Solutions (NYSE: IFF) (the “Transaction”).
Zhong Lun, as Roquette’s China counsel, provided PRC legal services and Hong Kong legal services for the Transaction.
The team of Zhong Lun for the Transaction was led by partner Yang ZHOU with assistance from associate Juliet Yining ZHU and Sherry Yinglei XU. Partner Huaining SUN provided support on environmental law, and partner Alan XU provided support on Hong Kong law.
