Henry LAU
Mr. Henry Lau is one of the partners in Zhong Lun’s Hong Kong Office, specializing in capital market transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Lau focuses on Hong Kong securities and capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions (including public takeovers of listed companies), and provides clients with professional legal services and advice in corporate and commercial law.
Prior to joining Zhong Lun, he worked with two leading international law firms.

Acted as Hong Kong legal counsel to Yupei International Investment Management Co., Ltd. in relation to its sale of 26.38% interests in China Logistics Property Holdings Company Limited (1589.HK), triggering a potential conditional mandatory general offer, involving HKD 16.4 billion in 2021 (public takeover)
Advised Shandong Gold Mining Company Limited (1787.HK) regarding the privatization of Hengxing Gold Holding Company Limited (2303.HK) by way of scheme of arrangement in 2020 (public takeover)
