With a strong focus on investment/M&A and corporate governance, financial products and trusts, and Chinese mainland capital markets in general, Mr. He has been providing project-specific and/or retainer-based legal services to many licensed financial institutions for years and has managed or participated in many influential projects in the industry. By virtue of his solid track record and outstanding coordination ability, Mr. He is currently serving as legal advisor to a large number of investment institutions, asset management institutions, listed companies, and listing hopefuls for individual projects or on a retainer basis.

Mr. He and his team have been providing project-specific and retainer-based legal services for many licensed financial institutions such as commercial banks, insurance companies, wealth management companies, asset management companies, trust companies, consumer finance companies, financial asset investment companies, financial leasing companies and currency brokerage companies for years, and have led or participated in the establishment, capital increase, M&A, restructuring and listing, corporate governance structure (internal structure) optimization, internal compliance and risk control of a large number of financial institutions. He is also expert in financial products, providing systematic and full-process legal services for asset management, interbanking, investment banking, structured finance (asset securitization), and non-standard and standardized products of many financial institutions (covering eligibility review, project legal due diligence, transaction structure design, transaction document drafting, review and revision, transaction negotiation, assistance in filing and approval, process risk control, etc.)
