As a partner of Zhong Lun, Mr. Hu has long focused on bankruptcy. He has solid theoretical grasp of bankruptcy law and rich experience in bankruptcy trials and is particularly familiar with the court's bankruptcy trial process, all of which equip him with well-tested capabilities to coordinate and handle major and complex bankruptcy reorganization cases.
Practice highlights of Mr. Hu include the liquidation of Weiguan Technology, Jade Airlines, Shenzhen Guoji Real Estate Development Company, Shenzhen Yingsheng Real Estate, etc., and the reorganization of *ST Zhonghua and other reorganization projects. After joining Zhong Lun, Mr. Hu handled, among others, the reorganization of Dalian STX Shipbuilding and five other companies, Liaoning Huishan Dairy Group and 107 other companies, as well as Longri Horticultural Landscape.
