As a non-equity partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, Ms. Hu graduated from Peking University Law School, who has been engaged in the real estate industry for over ten years and has rich experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, land business, urban renovation, real estate finance and property operations.

Ms. Hu has advised on many well-known and complex real estate transactions, in connection with Central Government owned enterprises, listed companies, overseas institutions and Fortune Global 500 companies, including China Resources Land Limited, Vanke, CITIC Urban Development & Operation Co.,Ltd., China Jinmao, Longfor GroupHoldings Limited, China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd., Ping An Real Estate Co., Ltd., CapitaLand, Fengshu and many others.
