• Provided legal services for CVC Capital in selling its global production line of certain chemical raw materials;

• Provided legal services for Hengshen Group to acquire a German funded chemical raw material production enterprise;

• Provided legal services for the acquisition of Rockefeller Building in the United States by a Hong Kong affiliate of Gold earth Group;

• Provided legal services such as transaction architecture design for Boland's acquisition of GWP's global sales network assets, and assist in the establishment of Boland's subsidiaries.

• Provided legal services for corporate compliance of a joint venture established in Nanjing by a famous German automobile brand investment company.

• Provided legal services for the management compliance project of a German wholly owned metal processing technology company.

• Provided s legal services for several companies established in China by a famous Italian auto parts group on corporate law and criminal compliance projects.

• Provided for corporate compliance, after being acquired by CVC Capital, DSM's affiliated company established in China has recreated a full set of compliance agreements.                

• Provided legal services for a water affairs group in Jiangsu after being acquired by overseas funds.

Labor and Employment:

• Provided legal service for a Japanese funded enterprise in Nanjing to detailed process plan, official announcement arrangement, compensation plan and special legal services for on-site layoff support for the relocation of production line.

• Provided legal service for a dye company in Germany. To provide on-site negotiation and whole process legal services for the layoff and resettlement project of nearly 200 collective employees in four years

• Provided legal services for large-scale relocation of production line relocation employees of a large machinery company in China.

• Established a labor union for a joint venture company established in Nanjing by a famous American automobile group, provide full legal consultation, document drafting, revision and coordination with the superior labor union, and assist in obtaining the return of the labor union preparation fund.
