  • Represented WS China Import and Export Co., Ltd. in its application for recognition and enforcement of a German arbitral award, which was subsequently included in the UNCITRAL CLOUT system and recognized as a Supreme People's Court's guiding case of applying international treaties and practices in foreign-related civil and commercial matters

  • Acted as counsel for a renowned international investment bank's overseas entity in a financial services contract dispute against a domestic listed company, involving the application of foreign law

  • Advised a local government in efficiently coordinating the resolution of an investment dispute with a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 European corporation

  • Served as mediator at the Chengdu International Commercial and Legal Services Center to successfully resolve foreign-related commercial disputes through expedited mediation procedures

  • Represented two Spanish UEFA A License coaches in administrative reconsideration proceedings against deportation orders for alleged illegal employment

  • Assisted municipal authorities in resolving a cross-border tourism-related traffic accident case in New Zealand

  • Provided pro bono legal assistance for a Chinese citizen's accidental death case in the Philippines, securing timely compensation for the family
