Arthur JIN

Mr. Xiaoyu (Arthur) Jin specializes in complex civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, compliance and anti-corruption investigations, as well as cybersecurity and data protection.

In litigation and arbitration area, Mr. Jin is particularly skilled in handling cases involving complex trust disputes, corporate control disputes, equity investment and shareholder capital contribution disputes, construction project disagreements disputes, and financial leasing conflicts. He also possesses extensive experience in enforcement proceedings and assisting clients in responding to compulsory execution measures from PRC Courts.

In the area of compliance and anti-corruption investigations, Mr. Jin has assisted numerous large multinational corporations, Chinese enterprises, and international universities in conducting internal investigations. Mr. Jin regularly provides compliance and anti-corruption internal trainings for clients and supports them in establishing and enhancing related internal policies and control systems.

Regarding cybersecurity and data protection, Mr. Jin stays abreast of the latest industry and regulatory developments, enabling him to provide clients with comprehensive compliance advice tailored to their business objectives—a service highly commended by his clients.

Additionally, Mr. Jin has substantial practical experience in public opinion management and crisis PR responses, having successfully assisted a listed company and a consumer goods enterprise, among others, in resolving related public opinion and PR crises.
