Ms. He has extensive experience in the formation, operation, investment, and compliance of investment funds, including venture capital funds, private equity funds, QFLP funds, and secondary markets. She has represented sponsor organizations and institutional investors in formation of a number of investment funds as well as investment funds in various investment deals. In addition to her investment fund practice, Ms. He also regularly works with and advises emerging growth companies with respect to their equity financings and general corporation matters, as well as enterprises concerning their merger and acquisition transactions.
