Karen WANG
Ms. Wang has practiced law since her graduation in 2009 and her main practice areas are capital markets, private equity and investment funds, M&A and other commercial transactions.
Ms. Wang is experienced in handling complex transactions for listed companies involving various forms, such as Share-holding reform of the company, Corporate restructuring, Domestic Initial Public Offering, Post Listing Refinancing and Assets Restructuring; help clients, including small and medium-sized enterprises and group companies, in terms of PE, M&A, Corporate Restructuring and Share-holding reform, equity incentives plans, listing on the New OTC Board, IPO & Securities Issuance, information disclosure and issuance of various debt financing instruments; she is also excellent in advising on Establishing funds and the related investment, Equity Incentive Plans, ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plans), and other forms of transaction in Investment, Financing and Capital Market.
