Lei YAN
Mr. Yan Lei obtained his PRC Lawyer's License in 2006 and has over 19 years of professional legal service experience, with in-depth expertise in core practice areas including capital markets, private equity investment funds, and litigation/arbitration.
In the capital markets field, Mr. Yan has achieved remarkable results in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), refinancing, and New Third Board listings. He has undertaken or participated in the IPO projects of numerous enterprises such as Enhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Sanchuan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and led multiple M&A and refinancing projects including the private placement of Tongda Cable Co., Ltd. and the major asset restructuring of Fu'an Co., Ltd. He has assisted dozens of enterprises in accessing the capital markets and concurrently provided perennial legal advisory services to many listed companies and New Third Board enterprises.
In the private equity investment fund sector, Mr. Yan has provided end-to-end services (covering fund establishment, investment due diligence, and equity restructuring) to various institutions such as Zhongguancun Guoke Investment and Beijing Fujiu Investment Management Co., Ltd., boasting solid professional experience.
In litigation and arbitration, Mr. Yan has represented cases involving equity investment, technology transfer, shareholder rights, and commercial contract disputes, successfully resolving legal conflicts for numerous large corporate clients. Equipped with comprehensive capabilities in both non-litigation and litigation matters, he excels at providing clients with all-round legal solutions.
