She provides both retainer-based and project-based legal advisory to multiple government departments in the Greater Bay Area, especially in Foshan City, including the city's tax bureau, science and technology bureau, education bureau, and financial office. She also counts among her clients state-owned enterprises operating in that region.
In addition, Ms. Liang has been providing end-to-end legal services for many investment, mergers and acquisitions projects, as well as corporate governance ever since she first started her legal career as an in-house counsel.

Represented a private-sector enterprise in a dispute over ecological and environmental damage compensation, reducing the defendant's losses by nearly CNY 39 million
Acted for a partner in a lease contract dispute, involving a property valued at approximately CNY 45 million, and prevailed in the first instance
Represented the environmental protection bureau of a certain town in Sanshui District, Foshan City in a dispute over environmental damage liability and fully recovered the losses for the government
Acted for an individual to deal with a land ownership dispute involving land worth about CNY 200 million and finally obtained the independent sub-certificate of land and the confirmation of the land use right
