Mr. Li has been acting as retainer-based legal counsel for China's State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Justice, Civil Aviation Administration, Xinhua News Agency, Counsellors' Office of the State Council, National Computer Network and Information Security Management Center, and Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission and has handled hundreds of administrative review and administrative litigation cases, earning a wealth of plaudits from the clients.
