Zhong Lun Reappointed by the Ministry of Natural Resources as External Counsel

We are pleased to announce that Zhong Lun has been retained for the sixth time as an external counsel by the Ministry of Natural Resources of China (“MNR") for the year 2022-2023. This reappointment is a testament to the caliber of our work and the dedication of our team.

As external counsel, Zhong Lun will assist the MNR in drafting legislative and regulatory instruments, represent it in administrative lawsuits and advise it on key legal issues, all to help build and keep improving a unified ecological system that manages mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes and grasslands as a living entirety. The core team working on this engagement is comprised of partners Xuebing Zhang, Han Hao, Zhenhua Wang, Guobin Li, Yidong Wei, Xianshi Meng and Ning Li, senior counsel Yuxing Ye, non-equity partner Jiyun Mu and associates Haichen Tian, Cheng Zhang, Meng Wang and Qiongna Chen, among others.
