Lawyer Li Haibo joined Zhonlun Law Firm in 2013. During his tenure in Zhonlun, he was mainly engaged in the company's daily operation, real estate investment, merger and reorganization, and dispute resolution business, and has rich experience in the company's daily legal consultation, real estate investment and financing, merger and acquisition, and dispute resolution.   • Assisted Hong Kong NanFung Group and Yongtai Group in establishing wholly foreign-owned real estate enterprises in China to acquire Building No. 3 of Guoxin Century Haijing Garden, Lane 1288, Puming Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a total floor area of 19,300 square meters, in addition to acquiring several parking spaces on the second floor of basement of Building No. 3, and responsible for the subsequent transformation, decoration related legal services

  • Participated in a number of M&A transactions on behalf of Hong Kong NanFung Group, including: (1) Represented Hong Kong NanFung Group to acquire Shanghai BM lntercontinental Center through equity merger and acquisition, participated in the early stage development, renovation and follow-up leasing, and provided daily legal consulting services; (2)Represented Hong Kong NanFung Group to acquire Wuxi Mashan Lingsheng Villa Development Project through equity merger and acquisition on behalf of Hong Kong NanFung Group; (3)Represented Hong Kong NanFung Group to acquire the No. 49 plot project of Wuxi Citizen Square (namely "Wuxi Nanfeng Hui" urban complex Project located in Taihu Square, Wuxi) by means of direct acquisition of equity of domestic companies by overseas enterprises; (4) Provided Chinese legal due diligence services for Hong Kong NanFung Group's acquisition of Chengdu Fuxing Street Project; (5) Represented Hong Kong NanFung Group to invest in Guangdong Foshan New City project by domestic and foreign financing, and fully participate in the construction and development, distribution and withdrawal of subsequent projects, and provide legal services throughout the process

  • Provided legal due diligence, transaction documents and other full-process legal services on behalf of SOHO China Co., Ltd. for 48.48% equity transaction of Shanghai Luwan District No. 43 neighborhood project; In the same year, provided legal due diligence, transaction documents and other full-process legal services for SOHO China Co., LTD. 's indirect acquisition of 204 block of Shanghai Bund by means of overseas equity merger and acquisition

  • Provided whole-process legal services such as due diligence and transaction documents for the acquisition of Shanghai Xuhui Century Plaza, Shanghai Rui 'an Square, Securities Building and some floor projects of Shanghai Tian 'an Center by means of foreign equity merger and acquisition on behalf of JILIN Group, as well as whole-process legal services for the subsequent transfer of the above related properties and projects

  • Represented ARCH Capital Management Co., Ltd. in investment in Guangdong Foshan Yicui Hongjing real estate development Project by means of equity merger and acquisition and capital increase

  • Represented Alpha Asia Macro Trends Fund Private Limited, a real estate investment fund to invest, hold and exit the Shanghai Jinan Road 9 project, and provide Chinese legal due diligence services

  • Represented Cofco Real Estate to acquire several domestic real estate complex projects of Intime Group, and provided Chinese legal due diligence services

  • Represented Huarong International Trust to acquire multiple real estate complex projects of Kaisa in China, and provided Chinese legal due diligence services

  • Represented a large central enterprise in mergers and acquisitions of commercial offices and residential (including villas) real estate projects in Shanghai, Nanjing and other cities, and provided full legal services such as transaction structure design, legal due diligence and transaction documents

  • Represented CoFCO Joy City Real Estate Co., LTD., in the acquisition of Shanghai Putuo District Changscenic Plaza Project and opened the second Joy City in Shanghai, providing due diligence and transaction documents and other legal services
