Qian LI

Ms. Qian Li specializes in private equity and investment funds, M&A, corporate governance, and litigation and arbitration. She has represented numerous prominent investment institutions in private equity investment projects and fund formation, fundraising, and sub-fund compliance reviews, and is well versed in legal work for the full lifecycle of fund investments. On the financing side, she has advised many leading companies on multi-round financings, red-chip/VIE structuring, joint venture structuring, domestic and cross-border reorganizations, and employee equity incentive plans.
