Qian LI
Ms. Li focuses her practice on private equity and investment funds, M&A and corporate governance, as well as litigation and arbitration. She has represented numerous well-known investment institutions in private equity investments, fund formation, fundraising, and sub-fund compliance reviews, and is well-versed in the full spectrum of legal services throughout the fund investment lifecycle. With experience serving both investors and fund sponsors, Ms. Li has also advised many prominent enterprises on multiple rounds of financing, red-chip/VIE structures, JV structures, onshore and offshore restructuring, and employee equity incentive plans. Drawing on her extensive experience, Ms. Li assists clients in identifying and managing potential legal risks from the perspectives of corporate governance, equity arrangements, and dispute prevention, and provides professional support in litigation and arbitration arising from investment, financing, and corporate operations.
