Qianfei LI

Mr. Li specializes in commercial criminal law, prevention of criminal risks for public officials and corporate personnel, and tax optimization, achieving an International Tax Manager (Director Level) certificate. He has extensive practical experience in commercial criminal defense, corporate criminal risk prevention, criminal defense of duty-related crimes, tax optimization, and tax dispute resolution. He represented clients in influential cases, such as the criminal incidental civil lawsuit of the “Nanjing Medical University Body Dumping Case”, the government claim litigation arising from the “3.21 Xiangshui Major Explosion”, and the criminal defense of officials at departmental (bureau) level or above. Among dozens of his non-prosecution cases, two were selected into the Selected Cases of Acquittal Defense by Jinling Lawyers published by Nanjing Lawyers Association.

Mr. Li served in the military for 20 years and has long been engaged in military legal work, continuing to provide various military-related legal services and criminal risk prevention for multiple military units and personnel. He currently serves as member of the Criminal Risk Prevention Committee of Jiangsu Lawyers Association, Deputy Director of the Criminal Risk Prevention Committee and member of Finance and Taxation Committee of Nanjing Lawyers Association, and hearing officer of Nanjing People’s Procuratorate, among other social positions. He also provides high-quality legal services on tax compliance for listed companies, SMEs, and individuals, and regularly delivers lectures to public security, taxation authorities, and local lawyers associations on handling enterprise and individual tax-related criminal and administrative cases.

Over his past 14 years of practice, Mr. Li has handled more than 40 duty-related crime cases, having amassed extensive experience and built outstanding expertise in tax-related criminal defense.
