Xiaoyan LIU

Xiaoyan Liu has dedicated her practice to private equity investment institutions for many years, advising private equity funds on matters including fund formation, fund investment, post-investment management, and fund compliance. Notably, she has represented these institutions in hundreds of RMB and USD financing projects, M&A, and cross-border transactions. Her clients include many prominent RMB funds, USD funds, and government-guided funds. She also advises numerous listed companies and large state-owned and central enterprises in relation to equity M&A, investment, and financing. In addition, Xiaoyan has specialized in family wealth planning for over a decade. Since 2010, she has delivered legal services to the family offices of well-known entrepreneurs, including comprehensive legal services to more than ten top-notch Chinese entrepreneurs and their family offices.
