Xiaoyan Liu has focused on legal services for private equity investment institutions for many years, providing a series of legal services for private equity funds, including fund establishment, fund investment, post-investment management and fund compliance. She has represented private equity investment institutions in hundreds of RMB and USD private equity investment and financing projects, M&A and cross-border transactions. Her clients include many well-known RMB funds, USD funds, and government-guided funds. She also advises many listed companies and large state-owned and central enterprises in relation to equity M&A, investment and financing. Xiaoyan Liu has been working in the field of family wealth planning for nearly ten years.
