Zhengyi LIU

After obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of International Relations Law Department, Zhengyi Liu obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the George Washington University Law School in the United States. He has passed Chinese Bar Exam and is also admitted to practice law in the State of New York of the United States. Mr. Liu's areas of legal services involve cross-border Investment/M&A, construction & project development, and financing. He is experienced in cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions, project construction and operations, and product sales in the sectors of energy, natural resources, and infrastructure. His legal services involve the entire stage of cross-border investment, construction, operation, and product sales. He has provided legal services in transactions in South Asia, Central Asia, Latin America, Africa, Oceania and other parts of the world. In addition, Mr. Liu has provided legal services in some of the innovative transaction structures in the field of cross-border natural resource investment and development in recent years.
