Ms. Ye specializes in asset management, cross-border M&A, debt restructuring, and distressed asset disposal. Her industry experience spans real estate and infrastructure, new energy, manufacturing, and insurance.

In the field of asset management, Ms. Ye has extensive experience advising clients on the structuring, fundraising, investment, and restructuring of various investment vehicles. She has successfully represented domestic and international investment institutions in over 100 M&A and investment projects, including cross-border transactions. Additionally, she advises numerous investment institutions on the investment, acquisition, restructuring, and financing of distressed assets.

Representative Matters

  • Advised an insurance company on its investment in a major domestic industrial gas group. The transaction value exceeded RMB 37 billion and was recognized as the "Impact Deal of the Year" by Asialaw Awards 2025

  • Advised Mitsui & Co. on the establishment of an industrial logistics real estate platform structured through an offshore vehicle

  • Advised a domestic logistics real estate group and a leading USD fund on the establishment of an offshore logistics real estate investment platform and the subsequent acquisition of domestic logistics assets

  • Advised DNE on its investment in a large-scale logistics park project located in the Beijing Comprehensive Bonded Zone

  • Advised Sino-Ocean Capital on its investment in multiple domestic logistics real estate projects structured through offshore transactions

  • Advised a data center group on its investment in multiple overseas data center projects

  • Advised Avenue Capital on the acquisition of multiple non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios in China

  • Advised Cathay Capital and Dajia Invest Holdings on the investment in a portfolio of commercial and industrial distributed photovoltaic projects
