Paige was dual qualified in Both China and England, UK and has many years of experience in legal work in both countries. Paige specializes in real estate law in England, with nearly twenty years of professional practicing experience; her practice areas also includes corporate mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, listings, and other complex multinational business transactions.

Representative Matters

  • Acted for an offshore investment fund on their various acquisition, management and dispose of city office buildings,  including Cannongate House and Birchin Court;

  • Acted for high-net worth Chinese and other Asian investors on their acquisition and disposal of UK properties for a total consideration exceeding hundreds of million;

  • Advised PRC investors, developers, UK housing associations to acquire, dispose and lease of their UK commercial properties including central London office buildings and restaurant;

  • Advised a variety of banks on their secured lending over commercial and residential properties

  • Advised a Chinese company on the acquisition of three UK companies in the UK

  • Advised an offshore company on the sale of its subsidiary in the UK

  • Acted as bilingual counsel to a Chinese company on its successful listing in a high growth market in the UK as a key member of the team
