Boming QIAN
Mr. Boming Qian is an equity partner of the Shenzhen office of Zhong Lun Law Firm.
In his 34 years of legal practice, Mr. Qian has gained extensive experience in civil and commercial arbitration and litigation. He has served as legal counsel for over 600 cases in the fields of contractual disputes, Sino-foreign joint venture cooperation, corporate share transfer, joint development of real estate and construction projects, etc. Mr. Qian has tried and awarded over 200 civil and commercial arbitration cases as an arbitrator.
Mr. Qian has provided legal services for the bankruptcy or reorganization of a large number of listed companies and large-scale enterprises, including reorganization of ST Kejian (000035), ST Shengrun (Now: Fawer Automotive Parts Limited Company), ST Chuangzhi (000787), Shenzhen Prosunpro Solar Energy Co., Ltd, etc.
Mr. Qian has advised many listed companies on their IPOs, such as CAPCHEM (300037), Rainbow Digital Commercial (002419), Grandland Decoration (002482), Zhewen Pictures Group Co., Ltd (601599), and Fenda Technology (002681).

Represented the listed company Edan Instruments, Inc. in nine patent disputes (involving CNY 150 million) against Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd.
Represented Zhenjiang China Resources Gas Co., Ltd. in a CNY 280 million dispute over a Sino-foreign equity joint venture contract against Dong Yuan International Ltd. and Beijing Dongyuan Huanyu International Consulting Co., Ltd. before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission
Represented the foreign invested enterprise Wonderland (China Co., Ltd.) in a CNY 400 million dispute over joint development of land against Shenzhen Airport Comprehensive Development Co., Ltd. before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission
Represented Hong Kong and China Gas (Hainan) Company Limited in a CNY 75 million dispute over an agreement for the transfer of shares in a joint venture against Hainan Kaidu Industrial Co., Ltd. before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission
Represented Guangzhou Construction Development Co., Ltd. in a CNY 150 million dispute over cooperative agreement and land use before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission
Represented the listed company Guangzhou Donghua Enterprise in a serial of disputes (involving CNY 30 million) over land and project cooperation before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission
Represented Shenzhen Airtown East Industrial Co., Ltd. (a real estate developer that ranks the top in annual sales by area of sold properties) in a dispute involving CNY 100 million over real estate development cooperation against Guangdong Huazhou No.2 Construction Engineering Company
Represented Cafu Investment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in a dispute involving CNY 40 million over the price of a land grant contract against Shenzhen Free Trade Zone Administration
