Ms. Shen advises public and private multinational companies on a wide range of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment, international trade, and regulatory compliance. She also advises Chinese clients on outbound investments and represents clients across various industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, chemicals, medical devices, and technology.
Representative Matters
Represented Imerys in its (i) acquisition of a majority stake in Shandong Luxin Mount Tai Co., Ltd. from Luxin Group and the related joint venture project; (ii) acquisition of Zhejiang Zr-Valley Science & Technology Co., Ltd. from Hanye Group; (iii) proposed acquisition of a NEEQ-listed company; and (iv) divestiture of certain businesses in China
Represented a Taiwanese family in its sale of a leading PRC medical device provider to a Taiwanese private equity firm
Acted as APAC counsel in the sale of a digital dental business to funds managed by CD&R and CareCapital
Represented Zhejiang Yinlun in its acquisition of Thermal Dynamics LLC
Represented OSI Group in several projects involving the restructuring, sale, and acquisition of assets and businesses
Represented S.C. Johnson in its buyout of a minority stake in Jiangsu Johnson Tongda Ltd.
