Shu Jinxu, a lawyer graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and Cornell Law School (LL.B. and LL.M.), joined Zhong Lun Law Firm in 2015. At Zhong Lun, key case experience includes: Reorganization of *ST Feima (002210), *ST Deao (002260), pre-packaged reorganization of *ST Tempus (300178), *ST Landun (300297), pre-packaged reorganization of Soyute (002503), and special legal advisor for the Reorganization of *ST Grandland (002482). Consolidated Reorganization of Liaoning Huishan Dairy Group and 108 affiliated companies; Reorganization of Fujian Anxi Tieguanyin Group Co., Ltd. and its affiliate Fujian Anxi Tea Factory Co., Ltd. The Tieguanyin Group and Anxi Tea Factory bankruptcy reorganization case was selected as one of the Supreme People's Court's "National Court Bankruptcy Trial Typical Cases."
The consolidated reorganization of Liaoning Huishan Dairy Group and 83 affiliated enterprises was awarded the Asia Law 2020 Deal of the Year, China Business Law Journal 2020 Outstanding Deal, and IFLR1000 China 2021 Deal of the Year.
The Guizhou Guoyuan Mining Development Co., Ltd. reorganization case was selected as one of the Guizhou High People's Court's "Top Ten Typical Cases of Implementing the 'Optimization of Business Environment Regulations.'"
The Shenzhen Feima International Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 002210) reorganization case was selected as a China Business Law Journal 2021 Outstanding Deal.
The Grandland Group (002482) bankruptcy reorganization project was awarded China Business Law Journal 2023 Outstanding Liquidation, Bankruptcy & reorganization Deal.
