Xiaoming SONG
Mr. Xiaoming Song focuses on domestic and overseas listing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and red-chip/VIE structure construction/dismantling. Mr. Song specializes in handling complex transactions and addressing various legal issues in a manner that caters to clients’ commercial needs. He provides clients with practical solutions by dint of his insight into laws and accurate understanding of clients’ requirements for time, cost, and risk control.
Mr. Song has worked on a large number of domestic and overseas listings and M&A transactions across various industries, including energy, new materials, chips, machinery and equipment, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, catering, commercial circulation, internet services, and software. His representative transactions include iSoftStone’s IPO, the first software service giant’s delisting from the NYSE and return to China’s A-share market; TXGF’s listing, the first listing transferred from the BJSE to the ChiNext Market; backdoor listing of YOOZOO; CDEL’s privatization from the NYSE; X.D. Network’s listing on SEHK, etc.
Mr. Song also has extensive experience in foreign investment in China and litigation & arbitration.
