Peipei's key practice areas are overseas and domestic commercial arbitration and litigation at courts of different levels in China.
Peipei has handled many arbitration cases involving disputes over joint venture, overseas investment, equity transfer, construction, partnership, licence, hospitality, insurance and international sales of goods, etc. These cases were administered by CIETAC, HKIAC, ICC and SIAC. Many of the cases were conducted in English and involved different governing laws, including Chinese law, Hong Kong law, Cayman Islands law and Singapore law. Peipei has also represented clients in many foreign-related court cases.

International Commercial Arbitration
Represented a subsidiary of a Chinese state-owned enterprise as claimant in an HKIAC arbitration concerning disputes over a subscription agreement; later represented the client as respondent in another related HKIAC-administered arbitration
Represented a Swedish company as respondent and counter-claimant in an ICC arbitration concerning disputes over an international sales agreement
Represented an Eastern European dairy product manufacturer as respondent in a SIAC arbitration concerning disputes over a food licence and distribution contract agreement
Domestic Arbitration
Represented a world-leading gas company as claimant in a CIETAC arbitration concerning disputes over a gas supply contract
Represented a foreign company as claimant in a CIETAC arbitration concerning disputes over an equity transfer agreement
Represented a PRC subsidiary of a French hotel group as respondent in a CIETAC arbitration concerning disputes over a hotel management contract
