Mr. Tang has provided full process legal services for equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, reorganization investment in troubled assets to many central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, large listed companies, asset management companies, funds, and other institutions. He excels in counselling his clients on issues such as assessment of transaction plans, due diligence, transaction document preparation, transaction negotiation, closing, merger filing, and security review of foreign investment.

Mr. Tang has extensive experience in project development at home and abroad, and his expertise covers real estate, regional comprehensive development, expressway, municipal road, subway, railway, underground pipe gallery, water remediation, land improvement, water conservancy facilities, sewage treatment, water and heat supply, sponge city, smart city, photovoltaic, wind power, geothermal, hydrogen energy, hydropower, nuclear power, thermal power, and various mineral resources. He has provided whole-process legal services spanning from project investment, financing, construction, operation to handover. Mr. Tang has also been dedicated to supporting the efforts of the "going global" strategy by providing services for many overseas projects and investment and development projects across a slew of countries and regions along the "Belt and Road".

Mr. Tang has advised on a great number of landmark building development projects and national key projects in the field of construction, including CCTV Headquarters, the northern branch of Palace Museum, diplomatic apartments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Beijing Lize urban terminal, Beijing Daxing New Airport living quarters, the Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant and Xudabao Nuclear Power Plant (projects exemplifying Sino-Russian cooperation in nuclear energy), Qingdao Zhongde Industrial Park, and many other large-scale engineering construction projects, thereby developing in-depth expertise in one-stop legal services in engineering construction.

In the field of dispute resolution, Mr. Tang has represented a Hong Kong listed company in an investment dispute over a project of comprehensive remediation of water pollution, a joint venture contract dispute between China Radio and Television and a Hong Kong company, a contract dispute regarding assignment of exploration rights, a cooperation dispute delegated by a Beijing company, a construction project contract dispute between China Water Resources and Hydropower 9th Engineering Bureau, a real estate development cooperation dispute in Jincheng of Shanxi, and many other high-profile and challenging cases involving substantial disputed amounts and intricate legal relationship.

Apart from offeringcounselling to projects, Mr. Tang also provides retainer-based legal services to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Ecological Environment, China Media Group, China National Nuclear Corporation, National Railway Group, National Energy Group, Power Construction Corporation of China, China Energy Construction, Kweichow Moutai Group, Beijing Investment Group, Guoao Group, as well as other government departments, public institutions, central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, large private-sector enterprises, and their subsidiaries and branches.
