Zhoujun TANG
Mr. Tang has been working as a lawyer for more than 20 years and has long been engaged in capital market legal services. He has rich experience in ownership reform, restructuring, stock issuance, and listing of Chinese enterprises, and has provided legal services to dozens of domestic and foreign enterprises for their listing of A-shares, red chips or H-shares, restructuring, M&As, domestic and foreign investment, and refinancing. In addition, Mr. Tang is adept in handling legal affairs related to employee shareholding and equity incentives for management and key employees, and has participated in designing and implementing employee shareholding and management incentive programs for many famous enterprises.

In addition, Mr. Tang has profound theoretical and operational experiences in capital operation of primary land development and urbanization construction.
